Thank you, Father Doss

Fr. Doss we wish you God’s blessings. We were truly blessed to have you serve us through God's grace with your pleasant demeanor, always joyous smile, and willingness to help in any way you could in our three parishes. Being a pastor of rural parishes which always possess a special charm – we are saddened to see you leave your heart-warming ministry here at St. Boniface, St. Lawrence, and Immaculate Conception.

You have touched the hearts of so many parishioners and families in our parishes. Your cheerful demeanor, genuine faith, and wonderful ability to pastorally lead us in your own special way for the past four years have been a Godsend.

As you return to your home country, please know that our prayers go with you and we ask for God’s graces as your life continues with your priestly service. We want to assure you of our prayers and the prayers of these three parish communities. We will certainly miss you, but we do wish you well and know that you will be an immense blessing to the individuals and families you minister to in the future. Please take time to thank the Lord God for Fr. Doss’ goodness by his presence in our three parish communities over the past 4 years - God bless you Fr. Doss!

Prayer for Priests

Heavenly Father, grant that our priests be strengthened and healed by the power of the Eucharist they celebrate. May the Word they proclaim give them courage and wisdom. We pray that all those whom they seek to serve may see in them the love and care of Jesus, our Eternal High Priest, who is Lord forever and ever.

Amen. Mary, Mother of the Church, look tenderly upon your sons, our priests. St Joseph, Patron of the Universal Church, pray for us all.
